2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep the App free, we show advertisements using Google AdMob. For users in the EEA and UK, we use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform to handle your privacy choices.
- Personalized Ads: If you consent, Google uses identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA) to show ads based on your interests.
- Non-Personalized/Limited Ads: If you decline consent, ads may still be shown, but they will not be based on your past behavior. They still use device storage for frequency capping and fraud prevention.
3. Analytics & Device Data
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address (used for general location estimation).
- Device information (model, OS version, and screen size).
- App usage data (ad clicks and impressions).
4. Your Choices & Opt-Out
- In-App Purchase: You may purchase the “Remove Ads” option within the App settings to disable the AdMob SDK entirely.
- Privacy Settings: You can update your ad consent preferences at any time via the “Ad Privacy” button in the App’s settings menu.
- System Settings: You can reset or limit your advertising identifier via your device’s system settings (iOS: Privacy > Tracking; Android: Google > Ads).
5. Data Retention
We do not store your data on our own servers. Data collected by Google AdMob is handled according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
